About The Cincinnati Free Recycling Event:
Keep Cincinnati Beautiful and Whole Foods Market are inviting residents to take part in a one-of-a-kind recycling event, aptly named “One Stop Drop”, in honor of America Recycles Day.
Residents are encouraged to participate by bringing hard-to-recycle items like electronic waste and plastic bags to one convenient drop off location for FREE RECYCLING!
Acceptable recyclable items include:
- Electronic waste such as computer monitors, audio equipment, printers, and more*
- Cell phones and chargers
- #5 plastics such as butter tubs and yogurt containers
- Plastic bags
- Used writing instruments like pens, Sharpies, Expo markers, and caps
- Gently used packing materials like foam peanuts and bubble wrap
- Light bulbs
- Batteries
Recycle TV’s for a flat fee of $10 each (cash only). Other materials are free to recycle!

Our recycling partners will be set up in the parking lot of the Whole Foods Market Rookwood Commons location, and local environmental organizations will be on hand to share new initiatives with participants and answer questions about recycling.
